The Challenge

Workhorse required a growth partner to help scale the business through effective customer acquisition and lead generation. In order to promote their order and inventory management solutions, Workhorse needed to generate good-fit leads, enhance their perception within the industry and expand their reach throughout the UK.

Analysis of business revenue streams and sector performance trends identified the need to develop a new growth platform as well as the implementation of a robust paid search and ABM strategy.

The Solution

After an initial audit and strategy workshop, we identified system inefficiencies that were limiting growth. A new lead generation platform was launched and integrated with HubSpot as well as Workhorse's bespoke order management software.
