Transmit Startups is a national delivery partner of the British Business Bank for Start Up Loans. Transmit provide low-interest startup loans to businesses and individuals across the UK.
Following a period of growth, Transmit required a robust CRM system that would help drive efficiency, provide visibility across all areas of the business and streamline their techstack. HubSpot was identified as the best-in-class solution and we were tasked with implementing HubSpot across the business as well as migrating data from Transmit’s existing CRM into HubSpot.
Discovery and scoping sessions were held with the Transmit leadership team to identify and optimise key processes. A value stream mapping session workshop was also held to identify the emerging needs as well as the bottlenecks that were impacting Transmit’s growth plans.
A bespoke API was scoped and developed to migrate information between HubSpot and Capsule CRM. Once the full data migration was completed, we held customised training sessions with the Transmit team to help them leverage the power of HubSpot. Coupled with the data migration, we implemented a customised HubSpot Marketing and Sales onboarding plan that helped streamline processes and boosted productivity across all business areas.
As one single source of truth, HubSpot is used throughout the business and is a core part of their techstack.
By integrating HubSpot with business-critical systems, HubSpot is used to drive marketing campaigns as well as manage day-to-day operations.
