Jaguar Land Rover needed to enhance the recruitment of apprentices to their Retailer Apprenticeship Programme, streamlining all stages of the recruitment process, monitoring equality and diversity and creating transparency on team performance through clear management reporting. The requirement was for a cloud-based, cross-device solution to drive efficiency throughout the business.
Our team lead this large-scale digital transformation project that helped the recruitment of apprentices to their Retailer Apprenticeship Programme and subsequent management of the learners throughout their apprenticeship. We scoped, developed and launched a bespoke cloud-based apprenticeship management system that streamlined all stages of apprenticeship recruitment.
The build of this bespoke platform ensured transparency across the decentralised team, making shared spreadsheets redundant and providing one central source of truth, supporting collaborative working. Manual processes were also minimised with integrations from third-party systems and a range of automation allowing for the seamless synchronisation of data across all integrated systems.
